Ho effettuato circa due mesi e mezzo fa l'acquisto del vostro ombrellone Fantasy P/C 3x3 (vostro codice OM807016IVRI); da circa 45 giorni ho cominciato ad usarlo, risultato: stecche rotte dopo circa 20 giorni.
Il motivo è molto semplice: le stecche sono di un legno che a definire di pessima qualità è fargli un complimento, non solo, esse sono ricavate da tagli con fibre "traverse" e quindi estremamente deboli.
Ho sostituito le 4 angolari, quelle lunghe 2,10 metri con il risultato che il giorno dopo l'attacco superiore di una di quelle corte si è sfibrato e conseguentemente distaccato, sicuramente nei prossimi giorni dovrò riparare anche le altre tre; per quanto riguarda il tappo superiore di copertura mi astengo da commenti, correrei il rischio di diventare prolisso.
Vorrei far notare che l'ombrellone, da me pagato con denaro di ottima qualità, non corrisponde a nessun tipo di aspettativa positiva
Ho già espresso la mia estremamente pessima opinione dell'oggetto su Amazon, me tenevo anche ad informarvi direttamente.
Forse sarebbe il caso che prima di commercializzare simili oggetti, essi fossero testati dai vostri tecnici; la pessima figura finale rimane, purtroppo per voi, la vostra.

Just to inform you.
I made the purchase of your Fantasy P / C 3x3 umbrella (your code OM807016IVRI) about two and a half months ago; about 45 days ago I started using it, result: broken splints after about 20 days.
The reason is very simple: the slats are made of a wood that to define bad quality is to pay him a compliment, not only that, they are obtained from cuts with "cross" fibers and therefore extremely weak.
I replaced the 4 corner pieces, the 2.10 meters long ones with the result that the day after the upper attack of one of the short ones became frayed and consequently detached, surely in the next few days I will have to repair the other three as well; as for the top cover cap I refrain from comments, I would run the risk of becoming verbose.
I would like to point out that the umbrella, paid by me with high quality money, does not correspond to any kind of positive expectation.
I have already expressed my extremely bad opinion of the item on Amazon, I also wanted to inform you directly.
Perhaps it would be the case that before marketing such objects, they were tested by your technicians; the bad final figure remains, unfortunately for you, yours.
