★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei pochi e veri Monasteri Zen in Italia. Il Maestro Tetsugen Serra, la Monaca Koren e tutti i monaci di conducono nella pratica della meditazione e della mindfulzen. Famosa è la scuola di Shiatsu e ottimi i trattamenti. Il Monastero è bello e lo Zazen accogliente e pieno di fascino. Per chi vuole avvicinarsi al Buddismo Zen in Milano non può trovare di meglio. Provate anche il Monastero di montagna Sanboji a Berceto
One of the few true Zen monasteries in Italy. Master Tetsugen Serra, the Koren Nun and all the monks lead you in the practice of meditation and mindfulzen. The Shiatsu school is famous and the treatments are excellent. The monastery is beautiful and the Zazen welcoming and full of charm. For those who want to approach Zen Buddhism in Milan can not find better. Also try the Sanboji mountain monastery in Berceto
