E	Elin Hartonen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has potantial but we didn't get any information about anything (not even when to check out). The spa and the pool was nice, the breakfast OK. The room was big any really nice but they didn't have any furniture on the balcony or any thing else than water in the mini bar. Maybe it will get better in time but they need to educate the staff and update the Five star rating.
W	Whoami 0070 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to relax. Has termal Waters in both indoor/outdoor pools. They have several regular pools with different temperatures. The spa is great. Had several massage service and was very professional and relaxing.

Without a taxi or renting a car it's difficult to get to, which for an extended stay means you're also land locked to a place with a very good but limited choice menu. Great place but perhaps for 2-3 nights not 5.
S	Steve mcavoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to come for relaxation. The food service and spa facilities (as well as treatments) are all excellent, as are the rooms . My only criticism is the difficulty in reaching the hotel as it is in the middle of nowhere however the staff are very helpful and even gave us a lift to the bus stop so that we could then get a bus to Siena. Overall though have had an excellent experience.

So the room is pretty well maintened the problem is when you get down to the spa 80% of the spa features do not work, the internet does not work and the gardens off the hotel are not well maintened. That being said the hotel has a massive potencial if someone is willing to invest some decent money. Not worth it. Ps the hotel as no internet.

Very unfriendly. I do not share my personal data to get information on opening times and prices. This hotel takes down image of Mercure.
