Le specialità sono la pasta fatta in casa (al ragù, di pomodoro con peperoni) o anche i tortelli maremmani, di secondo coniglio e agnello fritto.
Piccoli dolci per finire. Prezzo su i 25 €. Per una giornata di relax è un posto giusto per completarla.

The specialties are homemade pasta (with meat sauce, tomato with peppers) or even Maremma tortelli, second rabbit and fried lamb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Siro...... è come andare a mangiare dalla nonna: sei in famiglia, mangi nel salotto di casa, un locale d'altri tempi come non c'è ne sono più in giro. Piatto forte? Fritto misto di coniglio, pollo e agnello con carciofi, ovviamente fritti!! Consiglio a tutti di visitare il bellissimo borgo di Pari e andare a mangiare da Siro. Esperienza unica!
Da Siro ...... it's like going to eat with your grandmother: you're with your family, you eat in the living room at home, a place from another era like there aren't any more around. Strong dish? Mixed fried rabbit, chicken and lamb with artichokes, obviously fried !! I recommend everyone to visit the beautiful village of Pari and go to eat at Siro. Unique experience!
