L'attività è nata dall'attigua macelleria, che a sua volta è espressione dell'azienda agricola di famiglia, votata soprattutto all'allevamento ovino. D'estate non aspettatevi che tutti gli arrosticini di pecora siano di loro produzione, ma non prendetela male: anzi, questo è un segno di onestà, perché non potrebbero soddisfare tutta la richiesta solo con la carne del loro allevamento. Quella che comprano (come tutti coloro che cuociono arrosticini, del resto) è comunque di qualità. Consigliato! I prodotti sono di qualità eccellente, ben cucinati ed ogni sapore equilibrato è un ricordo della nostra Terra, in una location essenziale ma allo stesso tempo unica che ti fa sentire a casa. Nei mesi estivi, la cornice della storica Piazza Fontana accoglie con dolcezza gli avventori che possono godersi oltre al refrigerio tipico delle sere triventine, l'estesa collezioni di tagli di carne pregevolmente proposti alla clientela. Personale preparato nella descrizione dei vari tipi di carni che sono esposte e consigli sulle cotture. Buon rifornimento di vari tipi di vini per accompagnare la carne. Gli arrosticini di ventricina, pancetta e di pecora sono squisiti. Il tagliere di salumi e formaggi sono accompagnati da sottoli.
