 Professionalism on commercial vehicles. The only flaw is that they do not even give a euro discount to make a round figure that usually the dealers of other brands are obviously more generous.

Con appuntamento non ho potuto neanche bere un bicchiere d'acqua ed ho atteso più di un ora

Friendly staff but despite a video in the waiting room that reads "without an appointment we offer a coffee in the half hour wait"
By appointment I could not even drink a glass of water and I waited more than an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo già avuto un esperienza negativa, ma ho deciso di offrire una seconda opportunità in quanto sbagliare è umano, ma a questo punto deduco che non si trattava di un errore ma proprio di una prassi!
Nel primo intervento di ottobre 21 avevo fatto notare i prezzi incongruenti rispetto la sede di via Padova, oggi mi sono state addebitate due ore di manodopera per la sola sostituzione delle pastiglie anteriori.
Mi spiace ma con Merbag ho chiuso.
