L	Lakhdar Mekerbeche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno Attenzione concessionaria assolutamente non affidabile, acquistato auto usata presso loro, subito dato problemi, contattati e riportata da loro per riparazione non hanno fatto nulla perché uscendo dalla concessionaria si è riproposto subito lo stesso problema lasciandomi in panne sulla strada telefonandogli hanno risposto che stavano chiudendo per ferie. Dopo ferie riportata presso loro, andato a riprenderla,senza mostrare nessun documentio di riparazione nonostante mia richiesta, si è ripresentato subito lo stesso guasto ( cambio in blocco), a questo punto non sapendo quale scusa prendere mi hanno incolpato di avere messo gasolio sporco al primo rifornimento, non avendo altra alternativa ho dovuto rivolgermi a un legale. Riportata ancora per la terza volta su richiesta del mio avvocato al ritiro ripresentava ancora lo stesso problema.Dopo un Anno di continue sollecitazioni da parte dell'avvocato sono riuscito a riavere i miei soldi rendendogli l'auto difettosa. Inoltre vorrei fare presente la maleducazione del rivenditore poiche quando telefonavo riagganciava il telefono. Durante la poca attesa ci si accorge della sobria eleganza che trasferisce un impressione di professionalita' e dinamismo il personale indaffarato trova comunque il tempo per seguirti in modo gentile e Mai Altezzoso. Cosa assai rara per lo standard dei concessionari stellati che ho potuto visitare. Bella esperienza da provare vi fara' vedere un mondo di qualita' e prestigio in un'ottica di normalita' una rara e pregiata sensazione. In 40 min arriva l’assistenza Mercedes, nello specifico Gazmend, un ragazzo in gamba e super preparato oltre che disponibilissimo. Mi ha riparato la gomma bucata in 15 min, che dire, mi ha salvato la Pasquetta.. Grazie Gazmend!! N.1!! I punctured a tire in Vergiate. Mi hanno fatto un preventivo gonfiato per convincermi a fare il pacchetto service. Il pacchetto service non comprendeva tutto quello che mi hanno promesso nel preventivo. Personale scortese ed arrogante. Non andateci. Bad experience from such a large group I was not expecting this. I'll tell you my experience. I go to their office in Legnano to get a service. They gave me an inflated quote to convince me to do the service package. The service package did not include everything they promised me in the quote. Rude and arrogant staff. Don't go there.
