★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese hanno sostituito una pulsantiera che doveva esser nuova e originale, ma è già rimasta guasta. Ho fatto la domanda con la fattura un mese fa, ma anche è stata ancor sostituita......
Un anno fa, per sostituire la frizione, un impiegato ha fatto un "preventivo" a voce, ma rifiutando di rilasciarne una copia stampata, pur promettendomi di inviarlo tramite l'email. Ma l'email non è mai arrivata.....
Visto ciò, ho fatto sostituire la frizione in un'altra officina, il costo è stato una bella metà......
A few months they replaced a push button panel that was supposed to be new and original, but it is already broken. I made the application with the invoice a month ago, but it was still replaced too ......
A year ago, to replace the clutch, an employee made a "quote" verbally, but refused to release a printed copy, even promising to email it. But the email never arrived .....
Seeing this, I had the clutch replaced in another workshop, the cost was a good half ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massima serietà, puntuali, anzi anche più del dovuto e devo ringraziare Massimo de Girolamo, mi ha trattato benissimo e mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio, non la solita pressione che di solito ti mettono i commercianti,e soprattutto dal primo momento che ci siamo conosciuti è stato sempre disponibile. Per me i fratelli cozzi sono una garanzia ti trasmettono proprio sicurezza che non è poco, concessionarie così se ne vedono ben poche e da oggi mi rivolgerò sempre a loro per una vendite/acquisto auto.Grazie di tutto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno comprato la mia BMW Z4: dal mio punto di vista credo di avergli fornito un'ottima macchina, ma certamente il titolare si è dimostrato disponibile nella trattativa ed i meccanici efficienti e rapidi nel controllo dell'auto. Pagamento tramite bonifico arrivato sul mio conto in un paio d'ore. Penso sia stata un'ottima compravendita per entrambi
They bought my BMW Z4: from my point of view I think I have provided them with an excellent car, but certainly the owner proved to be available in the negotiations and the mechanics were efficient and quick to check the car. Payment by bank transfer arrived in my account in a couple of hours. I think it was a great buy for both of us

Non posso fare altro che mettere 5 stelle e consigliare il concessionario!

Ivan Toso, che mia ha seguito e al quale devo fare i miei complimenti è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile, sia telefonicamente che tramite e-mail.
