 Shop identical to those of the chain (now acquired by Arcaplanet), but staff really unable to manage customer requests. They sure saw me once and they will never see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avandolo nelle vicinanze di casa mi piacerebbe usarlo di più ma ... non trovo quasi mai quello che cerco. Se un prodotto non c'è ( cosa che può ovviamente accadere ) mi aspetterei di trovarlo il mese dopo. Macché. Continua a mancare e quindi si va in un altro Arcaplanet . Peccato .... comunque il personale è davvero cortese e disponibile.
Having it close to home I'd like to use it more but ... I almost never find what I'm looking for. If a product is not there (which can of course happen) I would expect to find it the next month. Not at all. It keeps missing and then you go to another Arcaplanet. Too bad .... however the staff is really courteous and helpful.

A little hidden shop but the staff is very kind and the shop is always well stocked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e preparato, prodotti di qualità ma non di ampia scelta..non ho trovato crocchette varie ma principalmente pollo.. per ogni marca ci dovrebbero essere almeno due alternative. Negozio ampio, si può trovare dal collare alla cuccia ai mangimi. Dovrebbero curare un po' di più anche l esterno. Spesso lasciato all abbandono.
Kind and prepared staff, quality products but not a wide choice .. I did not find various croquettes but mainly chicken .. for each brand there should be at least two alternatives. Large shop, can be found from the collar to the kennel to feed. They should take care of the outside a little more too. Often left to neglect.
