Ha fatto uscire dopo due appuntamenti , la mia cagnolina , non toelettata bene perche' lei sbuffando non ha saputo gestirla ! Nemmeno le unghiette e ho pagato prezzo pieno !! Nel sito menzionano che oltre al servizio di toelettatura , sono esperti di comportamento canino, io non ho trovato cio' . Alessia , che le ha fatto il bagnetto, e' adorabile, pazienze e professionale. Ha saputo instaurare con la mia cagnolina sintonia . Forse seleziona , Jessica, solo cani docili ! Cosa assurda per chi fa questo lavoro ! Ps. Al telefono per l'appuntamento ho espressamente specificato tutti i seri problemi della mia cagnolina . Non consigliabile . Jessica wants to imply that she is an expert but does not know how to deal with problem dogs, does not know how to take them (I had to advise them to muzzle!) And uses an unfriendly way with customers. After two appointments, she let my dog out, not groomed well because she snorted did not know how to manage it! Not even the nails and I paid full price !! Alle 11,30 come accordi, Merlino è uscito tutto profumato e super felice. Personale molto professionale. Tornerò volentieri. Posto piccolino ma carino,peccato per i prezzi..a mio parere un po alti valutando il range di prezzo di altri negozi The staff were polite and very courteous.animal lover it shows. Il taglio e il lavoro da fare viene prima detto al padrone, dopo un'analisi del personale, e poi fatto, vengono specificati gli interventi sul pelo o sul taglio. Il tempo di attesa indicato quasi sempre preciso. Ottima velocità e prezzi nella media. In tempo Covid-19, al padrone non è consentito entrare nel negozio, infatti il cane lo si passa dall'esterno per evitare assembramenti in luoghi chiusi. Si può pagare sia con la carta sia con i contanti. The staff are polite, helpful, enthusiastic and welcoming. Dogs come out calm, clean and fragrant. Ci sono anche dei parcheggi vicini dove poter far scendere il nostro amico a 4 zampe in sicurezza e comodità. Really very nice and polite staff. My oliver found himself very well and came home clean and fragrant. I really recommend it. There are also nearby car parks where you can drop off our 4-legged friend in safety and comfort.

Che dire, Jessica e Fabio sono due persone molto competenti che insegnano trasmettendo tutta la loro passione per questo mondo. Ho imparato davvero tanto e grazie a loro adesso posso aprire la mia toelettatura. Super consigliata sia come scuola che come toelettatura!! I attended the school for groomers at the Dog Inn in Legnano. What can I say, Jessica and Fabio are two very competent people who teach by transmitting all their passion for this world. I learned so much and thanks to them I can now open my grooming. Super recommended both as a school and as a grooming !!
