★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sa il suo lavoro, ha studiato; ma purtroppo ha degli atteggiamenti e modi di fare al quanto scontrosi, irritanti. a mio avviso un po troppo saccente. Anche al telefono sembra scocciata. Sono senza parole non ci tornerò mai più.
Ho parlato con lei al telefono addirittura prima dell'incontro per avere informazioni di quando potevo venire o prima o dopo ciclo, e anche in quella circostanza (anche prima di fare l'incontro mi ha risposto in maniera quasi scocciata).
P.s. Prima che mi dimentico 120€ per un foglio scritto in word, al computer (come mi chiamo, se fumo oppure no e altre cavolate) , due foto dell’ecografia e una prescrizione mi sembra un esagerazione. Che vergogna, e pensare che in Italia purtroppo ci sono ancora persone che non hanno voglia di lavorare.

He knows his job, he has studied; but unfortunately he has very surly and irritating attitudes and ways of doing things. in my opinion a little too clever. Even on the phone she seems annoyed. I am speechless I will never go back.
I talked to her on the phone even before the meeting to get information about when I could come or before or after the cycle, and also in that circumstance (even before making the meeting she replied in an almost annoyed way).
P.Š. Before I forget € 120 for a sheet written in word, on the computer (as my name is, whether I smoke or not and other stupid things), two photos of the ultrasound and a prescription seems to me an exaggeration. What a shame, and to think that unfortunately there are still people in Italy who do not want to work.
