Of all the arcaplanets visited this is the worst staff without interest x the customer and poor assortment I will return to the others which are much better

Business took over from another brand and other managers. Less choice of animals and products and much higher prices. Staff not particularly attentive to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un pesce in acquario,un paio di settimane fa ,sono andata da Arcaplanet per prendergli un compagno ,molto professionalmente hanno voluto informazioni sul mio acquario ed ho scoperto che sbagliavo tutta la manutenzione , mi hanno dato le spiegazioni giuste , adesso il mio acquario è pronto per accogliere altri pesci . Grazie al personale qualificato che ho trovato in negozio.
I have a fish in the aquarium, a couple of weeks ago, I went to Arcaplanet to get him a companion, very professionally they wanted information about my aquarium and I discovered that I was wrong all the maintenance, they gave me the right explanations, now my aquarium is ready to welcome other fish. Thanks to the qualified staff I found in the store.
