 Available, competent, quick. I had two setups done, one of which was particular given the guitar problems and everything was delivered in about 10 days with an excellent result. Also available as "last minute touch-ups".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cercato un liutaio vicino a casa mia e ho decisi di portare qui la mia Fender Stratocaster per un settaggio dopo tanti anni di inutilizzo. Devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Praticamente in un giorno era tutto pronto, sistemato alla perfezione. Mi è stata data la possibilità di provare subito lo strumento prima di ritirarlo è mi è stato offerto anche un servizio post riparazione nel caso dovesse essere necessario per le mie esigenze. Sono molto soddisfatto e sicuramente porterò anche i miei altri strumenti quando ne avrò bisogno.
I looked for a luthier near my house and I decided to bring my Fender Stratocaster here for a setting after so many years of inactivity. I must say that I found myself very well. In a day, everything was ready, perfectly arranged. I was given the opportunity to test the tool immediately before picking it up and I was also offered a post repair service should it be necessary for my needs. I am very satisfied and I will certainly bring my other tools when I need it.

Capacità di ascoltare e capire le esigenze del cliente e di metterle in pratica sul tuo strumento e di settarlo fino a che non non si raggiunge la perfezione. In un mondo che si spinge sempre più verso l'online o versi centri commerciali dove ormai il servizio al cliente è diventato per lo più a disponibilità del prodotto scontato l'approccio completamente cliente-centrico che si trova in questo laboratorio lascia positivamente sorpresi. Bravi!
workshop recommended by a professional musician friend, as soon as you enter you can breathe the passion and enthusiasm of two young artisans but with considerable experience behind them. Ability to listen and understand the customer's needs and to put them into practice on your instrument and to set it up until perfection is achieved. In a world that is increasingly moving towards online or shopping centers where by now customer service has mostly become the availability of the discounted product, the completely customer-centric approach found in this laboratory leaves positively surprised. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi e super competenti; Ho scoperto questo laboratorio per puro caso facendo una ricerca di un liutaio nelle vicinanze di Legnano ed ho trovato un Team di Professionisti. Avevo la mia chitarra acustica Takamine che necessitava di un tagliando in quanto erano tanti anni che non la suonavo ed avendo ripreso quest'anno ho pensato di fare un Setup completo....In un giorno mi hanno restituito una chitarra nuova non sembra nemmeno la mia.....me l'hanno cambiata? (Scherzo)...Ho provato subito la chitarra prima di ritirarla e sono rimasto meravigliato del servizio offerto da questo Team di Professionisti....e mi è stato offerto anche un servizio post riparazione nel caso dovesse essere necessario per le mie esigenze. Abbiamo fatto una chiacchierata sul mondo delle chitarre e si sono resi disponibili al prossimo cambio corde ad effettuarla insieme per spiegare come cambiarle in modo esatto.
Grazie ancora Ragazzi...avete acquisito un nuovo assiduo frequentatore del vostro laboratorio!
Very kind and super competent; I discovered this laboratory by chance while searching for a luthier near Legnano and I found a team of professionals. I had my Takamine acoustic guitar which needed a service as I had not played it for so many years and having taken it back this year I thought about doing a complete setup .... In one day they returned me a new guitar it doesn't even look like it. mine ..... did they change it for me? (Joke) ... I immediately tried the guitar before I retired it and I was amazed at the service offered by this Team of Professionals .... and I was also offered a post repair service should it be necessary for my needs. We had a chat about the world of guitars and they made themselves available at the next string change to do it together to explain how to change them exactly.
Thanks again Guys ... you have acquired a new frequent visitor to your laboratory!
