 I bought a used guitar from their online shop, they were very quick in checking the guitar and shipping, the packaging was accurate and perfect. For now everything is ok in the guitar, I have not found any defects other than those that were declared on the site.

I bought a modestly priced acoustic guitar today from Diego & he was terrific to work with: extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & patient. I really could not have had a better experience! Although I bought an inexpensive guitar, Diego treated me just like I was buying a top of the line guitar. He showed me many models in my price range & after making my choice, Diego thoroughly inspected it, changed the strings & was great to work with. I highly recommend Music Works.
