A	Alessio Lezzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menù fisso non lo fanno, comunque si mangia bene, proprietario molto simpatico e gentile, locale accogliente e graziato. They do not have a fixed menu, however the food is good, the owner is very nice and kind, a welcoming and gracious place.
O	Orfeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dalla fine : siamo usciti , ieri sera , piegati in 2 dalle risate. Un gran Personaggio il Baffo , senza dubbio. Bella la sua trattoria , curata , calda ed accogliente. Piatti della tradizione di ottima qualità , fatti al momento e tutti buoni ( abbiamo spaziato tra i primi ed i secondi ed erano tutti ben fatti e gustosi ) Posto ideale per mangiare bene e passare una serata in allegria. Ovviamente, ci torneremo. Let's start from the end: we went out, last night, doubled up with laughter. A great character, the Mustache, without a doubt. His restaurant is beautiful, well-kept, warm and welcoming. Traditional dishes of excellent quality, made at the moment and all good (we ranged between the first and second courses and they were all well made and tasty) Ideal place to eat well and spend a cheerful evening. Non parlo del cibo e della varietà delle portate...tutto ottimo!...ma voglio parlare dell'ospitalità e dell'allegria... è stata in assoluto la prima volta che mi dispiceva andar via da un ristorante. Baffo è riuscito a far scherzare e sorridere TUTTI i commensali....tavoli differenti che scherzavano e sorridevano come se fossero ad un banchetto di famiglia! Grande Baffo, non so se ci passerò nuovamente per lavoro....di sicuro ci verrò di proposito! After endless trips and dinners all over the world, I confirm that IL BAFFO is the place where you can eat well and feel at home (but a happy family!) Instantly. I'm not talking about the food and the variety of courses ... all excellent! ... but I want to talk about the hospitality and the cheerfulness ... it was the first time I ever regretted leaving a restaurant. Baffo managed to make ALL the diners joke and smile .... different tables joking and smiling as if they were at a family banquet! Big Mustache, I do not know if I will go there again for work .... for sure I will go there on purpose!

Un personaggio estremamente simpatico, capace nel suo lavoro e coadiuvato dalla moglie che sforna piatti di una bontà unica. Affettati fantastici ve lo consiglio vivamente.. Prezzo un pochino sopra la media... Ma ogni tanto uno strappo si può fare. Business lunch, in this characteristic place like the owner who has not one but 2 more gears ... An extremely nice character, capable in his work and assisted by his wife who churns out dishes of unique goodness. Fantastic cold cuts I highly recommend it .. Price a little above average ... But every now and then a tear can be done.

La cucina della Signora Rita, mai banale con piatti gustosissimi in generose quantità dove la qualità del prodotto e verificabile ad ogni boccone, ti regala esplosioni di sapore in rapida successione. E poi....e poi c'è Baffo, padrone di casa, cameriere, sommelier ed intrattenitore. Grazie al suo buon animo ed al grande spirito riesce sempre a strapparti qualche risata rendendo il tempo trascorso più leggero ed informale. Lo consiglio a tutte le buone forchette ed ai buontemponi Lo sconsiglio a tutti quelli che a tavola vogliono sentire solo il rumore delle posate Guys Mustache is a guarantee !!! The restaurant, always welcoming, tidy and clean, gives you that pleasant feeling of being at a friend's house. The cuisine of Mrs. Rita, never banal with very tasty dishes in generous quantities where the quality of the product is verifiable with every bite, gives you explosions of flavor in rapid succession. And then .... and then there is Baffo, host, waiter, sommelier and entertainer. Thanks to his good cheer and great spirit he always manages to get you a few laughs, making the time spent lighter and more informal. I recommend it to all foodies and merrymakers I do not recommend it to all those who want to hear only the noise of cutlery at the table

Cibo buono di altra qualità, quantità più che abbondanti e soprattutto ottimo ambiente di convivialità. Menù a voce ed estrema gentilezza, l'ironia del padrone di casa permette di rivivere momenti quasi dimenticati nella nostra cultura. Complimenti davvero! Unforgettable experience! I think we can define the Trattoria with a capital T! Good food of a high quality, more than abundant quantities and above all an excellent atmosphere of conviviality. Voice menu and extreme kindness, the irony of the landlord allows you to relive almost forgotten moments in our culture. Sincere congratulations!

Mi sono fermato dal Baffo per un pranzo di lavoro e devo dire che qui ho trovato tutto quello che solitamente cerco: Tranquillità (sacra in pausa pranzo), Passione nel proprio lavoro, Cura/pulizia del locale e soprattutto Qualità dei piatti. Certo il menù fisso costa magari qualche euro in più rispetto ad altri locali della zona, ma dal Baffo credetemi si cade in piedi! Consigliatissimo! ... I will not repeat myself on the other reviews to the owner / manager of the venue which are all confirmed and positive. I stopped by the Baffo for a business lunch and I must say that here I found everything I usually look for: Tranquility (sacred on lunch break), Passion in one's work, Care / cleaning of the place and above all Quality of the dishes. Of course, the fixed menu may cost a few euros more than other places in the area, but believe me you fall on your feet from the Baffo! Highly recommended!
D	Dragoş TUDOSE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excelent atmosphere. small and cozy place. the owner is the one how take care of you and makes you feel good. the food it's one of the best Italian plates that we eat. the meat plate was incredible (fresh meat not frozen) the house wine (Il Barbera di Baffo - red) was good and a little bit acidic. be aware that sometimes it's full and you are required a reservation.
