Sono stato trattato male all'ingresso del negozio e me ne sono andato direttamente senza fare nessun acquisto (avrei acquistato sicuramente nel negozio: perso un potenziale cliente). Da fuori comunque il negozio mi sembra poco ordinato e poco pulito.
The sales girl is from an unprecedented cafeteria. I was treated badly at the entrance of the shop and went directly without making any purchase (I would have certainly purchased in the shop: lost a potential customer). From the outside, however, the shop seems to me uncluttered and unclean.

Shop well stocked with tools and sale of second-hand used. Very nice owner. I recommend it to everybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono molto scortesi mi dicono che hanno il prodotto che sto cercando, mi reco da loro e dicono che non lo sanno e che devo controllare io in corsia, il prodotto non cè, torno a fargli presente la cosa e mi ripetono solo che se non cè non cè, non conoscono la disponibilità del loro magazzino maleducati e indisponenti, oltretutto mi dicono che il negozio sta chiudendo e intimano i clienti ad andare via nonostante chiuda alle 19:30, ora sono le 18:40 . Da evitare gente cosi
On the phone very rude they tell me that they have the product I am looking for, I go to them and they say that they do not know it and that I have to check in the aisle, the product is not there, I go back to point out to them and they only repeat that if not there is none, they do not know the availability of their warehouse rude and annoying, moreover they tell me that the shop is closing and they tell customers to leave despite closing at 19:30, now it is 18:40. To avoid people like that
