★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and unpleasant. He talks on the phone for almost half an hour while the customers are waiting. The Name of the Shop is "Effebi Music Sales And Rental Musical Instruments". I guess, that means that they renting music instruments. BUT when we kindly asked to rent a guitar with deposit (in value of the guitar), it wasn´t possible - SUDDENTLY. As a customer I would think twice, if I took the long way to this shop, if I woud like to rent a music instrument!
