★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto tenuta in consegna 48 ore prima di portarla dal mio meccanico come comunicato all'intervento. Segnato praticamente ogni angolo dell'auto nella verifica segni presenti cosicché è stato impossibile contestare le differenze. Certo potevi contestare in loco. Certo potevi farmi 15 km a piedi perché perdevo l'ultimo bus sul Sempione, dopo esser stato 2 ore in corsia d'emergenza in autostrada.
Car kept in delivery 48 hours before bringing it to my mechanic as notified to the intervention. Marked practically every corner of the car in the verification signs present so that it was impossible to dispute the differences. Of course you could dispute on the spot. Of course you could do me 15 km on foot because I lost the last bus on the Sempione, after having been 2 hours in the emergency lane on the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALEDUCATI. Dopo aver ricevuto chiamata da Europeassitance per un noleggio auto a Lainate, pur non avendo ricevuto conferma, mi reco in tale sede per capire direttamente la situazione. Citofono alle h 18.02 (tra l'altro ingresso introvabile!), mi viene risposto di chiamare il numero esposto sul cartello anche se gli uffici chiudono alle 18.00 (NB: nessun accenno al fatto che avrei dovuto richiamare sì ma il giorno dopo). Telefono e mi sento rispondere in modo acido e maleducato che sono chiusi e che non noleggiano più auto da 6 anni. Un consiglio: potreste rispondere anche in modo gentile alle richieste, seppure non pertinenti. Consiglio 2: scegliete dei dipendenti meno BIPOLARI.
RUDE. After receiving a call from Europeassitance for a car rental in Lainate, despite not having received confirmation, I go there to understand the situation directly. Intercom at 18.02 (among other things the entrance cannot be found!), I was told to call the number displayed on the sign even if the offices close at 18.00 (NB: no mention of the fact that I would have to call back, yes, but the day after). I call and get a sour and rude answer that they are closed and have not rented cars for 6 years. A tip: you could also respond politely to requests, even if not relevant. Tip 2: choose less BIPOLAR employees.
