Con l'aggiunta delle lezioni di personal training fatte ogni mese vedo ancora di più i risultati, più lezioni di boxe che mi aiutano a bruciare calorie e mi divertono e sono un toccasana per lo stress! Stimulating environment, trained trainers, fantastic receptionists ... Io sono tre anni che la freguento e mi trovo bene e la consiglierei a tutti. Oltre alla palestra ci sono i corsi di pilates x tutti seguiti dalla brava Valentina. Venite a vedere con i vostri occhi ne vale la pena. A gym refurbished with competent instructors who follow you in training. I am three years since I started doing it and I feel good and I would recommend it to everyone. In addition to the gym there are pilates courses x all followed by the good Valentina. Come and see for yourself it's worth it.
