Non andrò mai più e portero tutti quelli che conosco ad andare altrove. When asked for a quick swab, I was told Yes Vaccines !. I find such behavior extremely outrageous, absolutely unprofessional. I will never go again and will take everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Questi i cardini di un’attività così importante come la farmacia di vicinato. Un esempio per tutti, ho avuto un piccolo incidente al dito che mi ha costretto a recarmi al pronto soccorso per le cure: prognosi di 8 gg e obbligo di cambiare la delicata medicazione ogni giorno. Mi sono recato in farmacia a comprare tutto il necessario. Grazie ai preziosi consigli del titolare sono stato in grado di automedicarmi, tornando anche nei giorni successivi per monitorare la guarigione della ferita, che è stata celere anche grazie alla disponibilità del dottore! Non parliamo della reperibilità di farmaci anche se non disponibili in negozio, ordinati e consegnati il mattino dopo. Tutto il team sorridente e disponibile giovani e veterani compresi! I went to the pharmacy to buy everything I needed. Thanks to the owner's valuable advice, I was able to self-medicate, also returning in the following days to monitor the healing of the wound, which was quick thanks to the availability of the doctor! We are not talking about the availability of drugs even if not available in the store, ordered and delivered the next morning. Ci tengo a raccontare questa personale esperienza: In seguito ad una caduta che mi ha provocato ferite al ginocchio che non si rimarginavano, mi sono rivolta al Dr.Rosa il quale ha saputo consiglidarmi oltre ai farmaci adatti anche preziosi consigli dedicandomi tempo e pazienza. In breve tempo sono guarite le ferite e in seguito sono scomparsi anche i residui antiestetici sulla pelle. Ringrazio di cuore il Dr.Rosa e tutto lo staff. Siete fantastici. Egle P. I want to tell this personal experience: Following a fall that caused me knee injuries that did not heal, I turned to Dr. Rosa who was able to advise me in addition to suitable drugs also valuable advice dedicating time and patience. Su 4 tamponi fatti solo una volta è regolarmente arrivato il messaggio, nelle altre occasioni ho dovuto tornare nella farmacia per esortarli a stampare perché non era arrivato niente, perdendo inevitabilmente tempo. in una di queste occasioni il titolare mi fa che devo smaronarmi io, e recuperare la certificazione da solo dal cellulare o mail,(stesso parole e modo di fare anche con la cliente prima di me) Inoltre tenta di far pesare la mia richiesta anche sotto l'aspetto ecologista, ricordandomi che ogni stampa sono alberi abbattuti. In merito alla risposta da voi condivisa qui sotto, vi rispondo che per mia fortuna, ho imparato a non cadere in simili provocazioni, è un mio dovere civico invece riportare la mia personale esperienza, specie se negativa come quella presso la vostra struttura. vi chiedo inoltre di smettere di chiamarmi ed inviarmi messaggi ripetutamente al cellulare dopo una recensione negativa che, vostro malgrado, ho scritto. dottor Emanuele Rosa il mio numero di cellulare era stato fornito alla vostra struttura per un motivo strettamente legato al servizio che offrite per il ministero della salute, non per motivi personali. Sempre disponibili, sempre cordiali, sempre con una parola di conforto, si interessano davvero della tua salute e cercano di aiutarti nei piccoli grandi problemi. Non sto a elencare le innumerevoli storie di guarigioni di successo. Ma un episodio per tutte li rende insostituibili e professionali: mi trovo in quarantena con tutta la famiglia e oggi ho avuto bisogno di alcuni medicinali, che mi sono stati recapitati a domicilio dal personale con un servizio rapido ed efficiente con contatto WhatsApp. Insostituibili!
