Ho acquistato un’integratore da 9.90€ e parlando con lei mi consiglia un farmaco che a detta sua era più economico. Propone di fare il reso e accetto.. Totale della spesa 30€. Ho chiesto la sostituzione con il mio integratore acquistato in precedenza e non ha voluto. sbraitando in tutto il locale come se avessi rubato qualcosa. Dopo 10 minuti di battibecco sono riuscita a farmi fare un buono. Se la signora in questione non più voglia di eseguire il suo mestiere che lasci il posto a persone che amano il proprio lavoro . m	mary motta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la prima volta che scrivo una recensione così pessima.Ho avuto a che fare anche io con la signora di cui tutti parlano.Maleducazione e isterismo allo stato puro..è finita che non ho preso quasi nulla e mi sono recata in un altra farmacia in quanto la signora ha fatto di tutto pur di non farmi prendere ciò che mi serviva e parliamo di medicinali per dolori muscolari e mal di gola,quindi nulla di che...spero che chi gestisce si faccia un bagno di umiltà e la lasci a casa perché non abbiamo mai avuto a che fate con gente così pessima e rispondere a un saluto comunque non ci vuole tanto.Pessimi This is the first time I have written such a bad review. Vado con ricetta bianca veterinaria per una bombola di ossigeno che sarebbe stata vendibile senza la ricetta elettronica (che il veterinario non riusciva ad emettere) essendo ad uso umano e non avendo particolari vincoli come i farmaci veterinari. Ma secondo questa simpaticissima farmacista il mio bisogno di una bombola di ossigeno per 6 cuccioli in ipossia non era un vero bisogno perché siamo in tempi di COVID e lei crede di poter decidere per il bene comune (sempre secondo lei) a chi vendere la bombola di ossigeno mettendo tanti paletti pur di rendere difficoltoso alla persona avere quello di cui ha bisogno. Parlando anche di 50 euro di cauzione per la bombola. Alla fine dopo qualche ora ha aperto la mia farmacia di fiducia che non solo mi ha venduto la bombola con la mia ricetta veterinaria, ma non mi ha nemmeno chiesto la cauzione. Qui si vede la differenza fra i farmacisti presuntuosi ed i farmacisti onesti e veri. Tutto questo mi è costato 4 ore di ossigeno in meno ai cuccioli, tre dei quali sono morti. Non aggiungo altro perchè mi escono solo insulti. D	Diletta Grimoldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All’inizio non avrei voluto lasciare una recensione ma dopo l’ennesima volta che sono stata in questa farmacia e sono stata trattata a pesce in faccia non ho potuto evitare, ma guardando le altre recensioni ho capito di non essere l’unica ad aver ricevuto lo stesso trattamento . Credo che questa farmacia resista soltanto per la posizione all’interno del centro commerciale, entri e nessuno ti saluta, la signora con i capelli grigi sui 50 anni scorbutica e antipatica, parla con sufficienza e svogliatezza (se ti considera ) non saluta e ti serve forzata!!! Non è la prima volta che capita, ogni qual volta che entro (PER COMODITÀ) questa è l’aria che si respira, da oggi in poi piuttosto faccio km ma qui dentro non ci metto più piede!!! Vergogna! Speculare sugli omaggi! Mai più.
