Pessimo rapporto con il pubblico ,se non adeguate consiglio un mestiere non a contatto con il pubblico Rude and arrogant, I have seen clients verbally attacked for futile reasons. Bad relationship with the public, if not adequate I recommend a profession not in contact with the public

Alla pensione, ahah Non so come si faccia a vivere nella menzogna così Io non mi fido neanche a fare il tampone in quella farmacia Essentially scum on both a professional and a human level. I wish you a romantic residence in the Maldives .... at the age of 67. At the guesthouse, haha I don't know how to live a lie like this I don't even trust swabs in that pharmacy

Mi hanno risposto male 2 volte con la scusa dei tanti tamponi e dello stress e ho fatto finta di nulla, ma alla terza volta, quando ho fatto notare loro che non era la prima volta che mi rispondevano così male, alzano la voce facendo una scenata in mezzo ai numerosi clienti in fila per il tampone, dicendomi che sono io ad aver fatto una grandissima figuraccia (per avergli fatto notare il loro modo sgarbato di rispondermi) rincarando molto animatamente la dose quando da cliente affezionato gli ho detto di esserci rimasto doppiamente male per la loro reazione, e anche in questa situazione sono rimasto tranquillo (a differenza loro) e me ne sono andato. MAI PIÙ ! I am a polite and respectful loyal customer. They replied badly 2 times with the excuse of so many tampons and stress and I pretended nothing, but on the third time, when I pointed out to them that it was not the first time they answered me so badly, they raise their voices making a scene in the midst of the numerous customers in line for the tampon, telling me that it was I who made a huge fool (for pointing out their rude way of answering me), adding very animatedly to the dose when as a loyal customer I told him that I was doubly ill for their reaction, and even in this situation I remained calm (unlike them) and left. NEVER AGAIN !
