Ottimo sistema di ricerca prodotti attraverso un mega touchscreen a parete, di cui le venditrici si servono per rispondere ad ogni richiesta.
Si respira un clima sereno: nessuna insistenza da parte dello staff. Il cliente si sente libero di poter guardare con calma, senza sentirsi soffocato.
Seguita da Elisa, ho vissuto un' ottima esperienza!

Excellent product search system through a mega touchscreen on the wall, which the sellers use to respond to every request.
There is a serene atmosphere: no insistence on the part of the staff. The client feels free to be able to look calmly, without feeling suffocated.

A parte il fatto che da Pinalli trovo tutto, ma proprio tutto quello che mi serve, ma quando vado nel negozio ricevo sempre consulenze molto professionali. Mi ritengo una cliente esigente e qui mi sento veramente coccolata e consigliata al meglio. Brave ragazze, siete uniche!!!!!!
Meravigliosa profumeria con brand per tutti. Vastissima scelta, ragazze tutte, ma tutte gentilissime, sorridenti, competenti e disponibilissime. Il miglior negozio in assoluto. E che ordine e pulizia!!! Fondamentali ma non sempre rispettati. Profumeria al top con ragazze al top

Apart from the fact that at Pinalli I find everything, absolutely everything I need, but when I go to the shop I always receive very professional advice. Trovo quasi tutto quello che mi serve per svolgere la mia professione, le marche più prestigiose, commesse effettivamente preparate e che hanno passione per ciò che fanno (cosa che purtroppo non è scontata...).
Mi ha servito più e più volte Stefania che è bravissima, sa tutto di tutto e mi tratta sempre con i guanti. Anche le altre ragazze impeccabili, sorridenti e gentili.
I locali sono sempre immacolati e ordinati, e c’è una seria attenzione alle norme Anti-Covid19 che mi fa sentire al sicuro.
Consiglio a chiunque cerchi una profumeria esclusiva, differente, fornita e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta e necessità.
I am a make up artist and since this perfumery was opened at Valecenter, it has become my favorite destination and a must. I find almost everything I need to carry out my profession, the most prestigious brands, orders that are actually prepared and who have a passion for what they do (which unfortunately is not obvious ...).
Stefania has served me over and over again, she is very good, she knows everything about everything and always treats me with gloves. The other girls are also impeccable, smiling and kind.
The premises are always immaculate and tidy, and there is serious attention to the Anti-Covid19 regulations that makes me feel safe.
I recommend to anyone looking for an exclusive perfumery, different, supplied and ready to satisfy every request and need.

La professionalità, la disponibilità, l'educazione del personale ma soprattutto la preparazione tecnica la fanno da padrona!
Mi lascio letteralmente travolgere dalle proposte dello Staff, e mi affido ciecamente alle loro conoscenze e alla loro esperienza.
Da pinalli posso davvero trovare tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno, dallo skincare al make up, dalle fragranze commerciali ai prodotti più ricercati, e soprattutto non vengo assalita all'entrata del negozio, come in quasi tanti altri negozi concorrenti.
Un grazie speciale devo farlo a Giada, la mia beauty guru preferita, sa sempre di cosa ho bisogno!
