In passato mi ero sempre trovato bene, forse servirebbe più attenzione a chi si mette a rispondere al telefono...
I make an appointment three weeks in advance for an IVECO callback, I arrive at the workshop and they tell me that there are no parts to replace, call back at the end of September.
In the past I had always felt good, perhaps more attention would be needed to those who start answering the phone ...
