Edit: dopo un contatto, assolutamente cordiale e accomodante, sono stata finalmente visitata, in maniera gratuita per scusarsi del disagio. Nella gestione dell'errore sono stati assolutamente molto corretti. Completely unreliable! Questa è la seconda volta che mi rivolgo a questo centro...e consiglio vivamente...foto non ne pubblico in strutture di diagnostica per privacy...le immagini si trovano sul sito... It is both a private and an affiliated diagnostic center .... Efficient and friendly staff ... no long waits just be on time .... This is the second time that I go to this center ... and I highly recommend ... I do not publish photos in diagnostic facilities for privacy ... the images are on the site ...

P.s. esame eseguito la mattina, alle 14 ero già in possesso del referto grazie all'area riservata del sito internet. Ottimo servizio. Zero waiting times, fast, efficient, highly trained nursing staff (3 consecutive painless withdrawals), humane and above all professional even with the "patients" who least deserve it. P.s. exam performed in the morning, at 2 pm I was already in possession of the report thanks to the reserved area of the website. Excellent service.

Peccato per ragazze alla reception, sicuramente molto educate però.. al telefono non forniscono informazioni esatte!!! Mi spiego meglio..chiamo per prenotare un eco all’addome superiore chiedendo il prezzo.. 73€ prenoto! Una volta arrivata a fare la visita mi vengono chiesti 110€.. chiedendo ulteriormente informazioni mi viene detto che il dottore con cui dovevo fare la visita costava di più.. ma non ero stato io a sceglierlo quindi se prenotate chiedete bene!!! AlLa fine cmq ho pagato 100€ visto che ho fatto presente la cosa, molto probabilmente è stata una distrazione certo che pagare 30€ in più mi ha fatto rimanere male. I dottori però presenti nel centro sono bravissimi! Clean place and top-notch professionals! Too bad for the girls at the reception, certainly very polite though .. on the phone they do not provide exact information !!! Let me explain better ... we are calling to book an upper abdomen echo asking for the price .. € 73 I book! Once I arrive for the visit I am asked for € 110 .. asking for further information I am told that the doctor with whom I had to do the visit cost more .. but it was not me who chose it so if you book, ask well !!! At the end anyway I paid 100 € since I mentioned the thing, most likely it was a certain distraction that paying 30 € more made me feel bad. However, the doctors present in the center are very good!

Dopo le mie lamentele è intervenuto il direttore che ha prontamente risolto la situazione. L' errore è umano ma, quando ci sono persone così serie e disponibili, passa sicuramente in secondo piano. Assolutamente da consigliare Excellent Polyclinic, I happened to have had a mistake due to a misunderstanding with the acceptance. After my complaints the director intervened and promptly resolved the situation. Error is human but, when there are such serious and helpful people, it certainly takes a back seat. Absolutely to be recommended

M	Massimo Pasini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mia figlia ha effettuato una visita dermatologica per macchie cutanee con la dott.ssa Mirizzi Stella .La visita è stata alquanto superficiale , circa 10 minuti compresa la stesura del referto . La presenza di numerosi nevi , è stata superata dicendo che devono essere controllati una volta all'anno ( perchè non li ha controllati lei ?). La possibilità di vedere la mappatura eseguita tempo fa da un'altra dermatologa è stata accantonata perchè non serviva. Visto il prezzo di 150 euro , mi sarei aspettato un altro atteggiamento . La prossima visita sarà effettuata sicuramente da un altro medico presso un altro centro. Today my daughter underwent a dermatological examination for skin spots with Dr. Mirizzi Stella.
