Nonostante le difficoltà del momento per svolgere il loro lavoro si fanno in 4 per agevolare il pubblico. Ragazzi grazie per quello che state facendo sempre con un sorriso....grazie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaccettabile che io, da paziente, paghi le visite e al momento di necessità urgente per un consulto medico, chiami la struttura per parlare con il medico "professionista" che mi sta seguendo e dopo avermi detto che essendo in visita non sarebbe stata disponibile a parlarmi e rassicurandomi dicendomi che mi avrebbe richiamato dopo, non abbia avuto una chiamata da parte della struttura e dal medico "professionista" anche dopo essermi nuovamente interessata a richiamare io stessa per aggiornamenti. Il giorno seguente richiamo in struttura per poter parlare con il "medico" e mi é stato risposto che avrebbero sentito indirettamente loro per farmi richiamare, sono passate 10 ore e sto ancora aspettando la chiamata.
Altri centri privati sono di gran lunga più efficienti e professionali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete bisogno di una VISITA GINECOLOGICA NON ANDATE dalla dott.ssa PATRIZIA GRECI! Alla dottoressa do una stella per pietà. Non mi sono trovata a mio agio per niente, il pap test è stato molto doloroso e mi ha fatto sanguinare solo perché non ha utilizzato la specula piccola. E mi ha inoltre insultato dicendo che sono grassa e se andavo al Centro di Igiene Mentale (CIM) solo perché prendo un antidepressivo comune...zero professionalità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie dopo una prima visita con l'ortopedico il quale le ha consigliato una ulteriore seconda visita previa radiografia, ha effettuato la prenotazione per entrambe le prestazioni. Hanno poi chiamato per ben 2 volte dal centro per spostare in avanti la data e quando finalmente è arrivato il giorno programmato, dicono che può fare solo la visita perché non c'è il radiologo. In segreteria prima ancora di un saluto di cortesia, ti avvisano che gli accompagnatori devono restare fuori dal poliambulatorio, da notare non fuori dallo studio del medico ma proprio fuori dalla struttura. Nei tre giorni precedenti ho accompagnato una persona allo Spallanzani e non ho avuto nessun problema di questo tipo.
In conclusione esperienza negativa e sensazione di superficialità organizzativa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per prenotare un tampone rapido e per fortuna i tempi sono stati abbastanza brevi.Ho chiesto il costo del tampone telefonicamente e mi hanno detto che veniva 20 euro. Il giorno dell appuntamento mi presento all accettazione e al momento di pagare la signora mi dice che veniva 30€.Le ho spiegato che avevo parlato con la collega che mi aveva detto che avrei dovuto pagare 20€ e sono andata solo per questo (la differenza con quello fatti in farmacia era di 5€ e per qquesyoavevo deciso di andare).La signora inizia a balbettare qualcosa dicendo che ci sarà stato un aumento.Mi chiedo io "un aumento dall oggi al domani?e di 10€?"Mah!!!Così la signora mi dice "va bene mi dia 20!"..Novità bancarella del mercato! In tutto ciò mentre io aspettavo il mio turno per pagare lei aveva un mazzo di banconote accanto e invece invece di ascoltare me continuava a prendere e contare quei soldi. Esco con la fattura in mano e mi reco verso il tendone per farr il tampone.Me lo fanno inserendolo solo nella narice. Peccato che sulla fattura avevano invece scritto "tampone naso-faringeo"..Direi poca poca serietà!
