Prima dalla segreteria mi hanno fatto storie per il tipo di prescrizione, poi per la cadenza delle sedute (diversa da quanto indicato dal loro medico che mi aveva visito), finché alla fine ho prenotato le sedute con un mese di anticipo in quanto per lavoro posso solo nel tardo pomeriggio. La settimana prima mi scrivono e mi dicono di richiamarli perché fondamentalmente metà delle sedute saltano a causa del loro medico che è stato chiamato a fare le vaccinazioni, e l'altra metà pure perché l'hanno pianificata nella stessa settimana in cui quel medico sarà in ferie. Prima mi fanno storie perché le sedute vanno fatte assolutamente ogni tot e poi sono talmente organizzati da mettermi le sedute in una settimana in cui non hanno la copertura per farla. Ah e ovviamente ho dovuto richiamare io N volte per cercare di arrivare a una soluzione visto che era un continuo rimandare il problema. The week before they write to me and tell me to call them back because basically half of the sessions skip because of their doctor being called to get the vaccinations, and the other half because they have scheduled it in the same week that that doctor will be in. holidays. First they make a fuss of me because the sessions must be done absolutely every bit and then they are so organized that I get the sessions in a week when I don't have the coverage to do it. Ah and of course I had to call back N times to try to find a solution since it was a constant postponement of the problem.

Il Poliambulatorio è molto pulito e le persone sono competenti. Bravi! Ho preso appuntamento per la visita sportiva alle ore 17.15 e la visita mi è stata fatta alle ore 18.15 ho aspettato un'ora per una visita di 20 minuti neanche. Questa non è la prima volta bensì la terza per cui non è un caso, ma un comportamento recidivo. Lo trovo imbarazzante e poco professionale date anche le mancate scuse I went to the clinic for 4 years, but this time it will be the last. Personalmente posso parlare della Dott.ssa Beltrami che per l'appunto mi segue nel suo ambulatorio ed oltre ad essere molto professionale cerca sempre di venirmi incontro,in base ai miei turni di lavoro,anche quando nn dovrebbe andare allo studio. Unica pecca dell'ambulatorio?Ogni volta che telefono non rispondono mai!Proprio per questo preferisco fissare l'appuntamento di persona. Personally I can talk about Dr. Beltrami who follows me in her clinic and in addition to being very professional always tries to meet me, based on my work shifts, even when she shouldn't go to the office. The only flaw of the surgery? Every time I phone they never answer! This is why I prefer to make an appointment in person.
