Sono cliente della filiale di Fidenza ma abito a Parma. Questo da anni. Ogni qual volta avevo bisogno di libretto assegni mi recavo alla filiale di Parma e molto cortesemente allo sportello il sig. EMILIO telefonava filiale di Fidenza per farmi avere a Parma dopo 3 giorni il libretto assegni. Oggi mi son recato come al solito alla filiale di Parma per avere il libretto assegni.. Purtroppo han cambiato gestione.. Nuova direttrice nuovi impiegati.. Pensavo non ci fossero problemi.. Invece la signorina, allo sportello mi dice che non è possibile e che io dovevo chiamare filiale di Fidenza e non era possibile. Io son caduto dalle nuvole. Ho dovuto insistere.. far chiamare la direttrice.. che in modo sbrigativo e poco cortese alle mie lamentele del fatto ha chiamato la filiale di Fidenza. Avrò il benedetto libretto tra 3 giorni nella loro banca ma i clienti non si trattano così. Cosa costava far una telefonata da parte loro a filiale di Fidenza?Dovevo farla io.. Che gentilezza.. Ci sapete fare.. Bravissimi..

I am customer of Fidenza branch but I live in Parma. This for years. Whenever I needed checkbook I rode the Parma branch and very politely to the door, Mr. EMILIO phoned subsidiary of Fidenza to get me in Parma after three days the checkbook. Today I went as usual to the branch of Parma to get the checkbook .. Unfortunately they have changed management .. New manager new employees .. I thought there were no problems .. Instead the young lady, at the counter tells me that it is not possible and that I had to call Fidenza branch and it was not possible. I fell from the clouds. I had to insist .. to call the manager .. who in a hasty and unkind manner to my complaints of the fact called the Fidenza branch. I will have blessed booklet 3 days in their banks but customers do not treat. What did it cost to make a phone call from them to the branch of Fidenza? I had to do it .. What kindness ..
