Parlo per esperienza e posso assicurarvi che sono molto professionali e gentili. La direttrice è molto brava, preparata e umana. Io ho fatto dei trattamenti molti molto importanti e sono molto soddisfatto. Vi consiglio vivamente di visitare la clinica e verificare personalmente. I can not speak badly, I think many reviews are piloted. All that I read is absolutely not true. I speak from experience and I can assure you that they are very professional and kind. Dopo un lungo percorso siamo final mete arrivati a una soluzione e al risolvimento e tutto questo è stato possibile grazie allo staff e i dottori, senza rimandare o rigirare il problema come purtroppo succedeva con l'ultima gestione.. La nuova direttrice mi è venuta in contro non essendo un intervento economico quindi mi reputo 100% soddisfatta ! Mi sento di dire che Vitaldent ha fatto un bel salto di qualità con i vari cambi di personale, staff gentile e disponibile e sempre sorridente ! La direttrice giusy sempre TOP, sa fare e gestire al meglio il proprio lavoro, tutte le situazioni,anche venendoti incontro economicamente!!! I have been going to them for 4 years now .... E l’ultimo volta lo aspetata per ben 1 ora che arrivasse nonostante appuntamemto facendomi fare tardi a lavoro Però quando volava soldi mi chiamava sempre... Ogni volta per un appuntamento bisogna aspettare minimo mezz'ora dall'orario indicato, senza alcun preavviso o tentativo di scuse. La trovo una mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei pazienti, che molto spesso hanno impegni lavorativi e non trovo corretto dover prendere ulteriori permessi ogni volta. Peccato, se venisse migliorato questo aspetto sarebbero da 5 stelle. Two stars just because the doctors are super competent, otherwise it deserves zero.
