Al telefono ci hanno detto che c'erano le premesse per usufruire di un prestito e ci hanno dato un elenco di documenti da portare all'appuntamento in ufficio. Qualche giorno dopo ci siamo recati nei loro uffici, ci hanno registrati e ci hanno detto che non c'erano problemi, ma siccome era tardi ci hanno chiesto di tornare. Siamo tornati e questa volta un'altra persona ci ha detto che il prestito non poteva essere concesso, nemmeno con una seconda firma a garanzia. Sia io che la mia compagna abbiamo un impiego a tempo indeterminato, senza pendenze di alcun tipo e con un reddito fisso di tutto rispetto dimostrabile. Risultato: trattati come degli inaffidabili !?! Rude, unprepared and approximate.
