 We have been waiting for a quarter of an hour. It says it opens at 10:00 and there is no sign indicating anything else. It doesn't seem like a nice thing to make customers wait .....

Ho 2 linee attive con windtre. Credo che passerò ad un altro operatore
I went to the shop to ask about my phone rate. The employee was very unpleasant, rude and superficial, refusing to give me the advice I was hoping for.
I have 2 active lines with windtre. I believe I will switch to another operator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having struggled to find an accessible, reliable telephone and internet service in Italy: Vodaphone could not offer a contract or support in English and took 6 weeks to activate account in 2016. Fastweb - haha if ever there was a misnomer - again 4 weeks to activate account - could not manage changing bank details, cut off services for 4 weeks in error, offered replacement phones - then declined the promised compensation - again cannot converse with client in English.
FINALLY our daughter discovers WIND - a company which services are immediate - registered Wednesday, bank confirmed IBAN Friday. Modem connected Monday and mobile number transferred Tuesday. I put this down to their sales team FRANCESCO who has spoken English direct and on our behalf to back office, who can manage multi-tasking in the retail outlet in Pietrapiana second to none.
Imagine 3 Italian ladies of a certain age needing to resolve their bills, two lovely students, and a shopkeeper trying to stay connected - with his parents in Bangladesh, and I wish to sign-up for a new service!
Francesco you were MAGNIFICENT, and I am one very happy customer indeed. I hope the management continue to appreciate the client facing staff as we appreciate the teamwork between them to get the job done.
Truly communication at its BEST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMERICANS BE CAREFUL. This company will screw you over, especially if you are a study abroad student. They charge you a monthly fee yet require you to come into the store and pay 10 more each month to activate your plan- even though you already got charged for the month which seemingly does nothing. On top of that, they will cut your service out randomly and tell you the 10 euro credit you put on "disappeared" and they dont know how to help. They make you try to call a service number which is impossible to communicate with unless you speak fluent Italian. Then they just make you pay 10 euro again to activate the phone and you pray it doesn't "disappear". This company is a scam and they will suck Americans dry. Stay away for sure.
