★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior is modern and looks new. Mostly clean though, but their dishes is dirty so please clean it before using it.
Also the elevator is very small so if you're traveling with more than 4 people it might take 2 rides.
Also the entrance to the apartment can't be accessed with cars so you need to take a 2 min walk to reach the door to the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place just in the middle of Florence. We could get almost everywhere by walking and this allowed us to explore this wonderful city and find beautiful places that otherwise we would certainly have missed.The staff was very nice and always willing to give us tips and answer to our needs in order to make us feel at ease. The flat was clean and cozy and it is clear how they put a lot of effort and attention to every detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a new or renovated apartment in a great location with all you need around. It's quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The bed and shower were great. Everything seemed clean. It's a self check-in / check-out and all the instructions were clear. I liked that I didn't have to carry a key because all doors are with a code.

But if you came not for a night life, check attentively description and do not choose apt with a 'quite street view'. It is absolutely NOT quite.
Soundproofing is worst.
Even though it's not a high season,
It is 2:30 am and I can't sleep the second night because of very very loud noise outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found the place by accident and stayed here for 11 days. We wanted to work from florence for a bit and in the evening take advantage of the city. Caterina was really great and added an extra table for us so we could both have a working space. The apartment is super new, renovated and the location is excellent... Very central though a quiet apartment. The one thing was that you could see it was not meant for a longer stay... The kitchen has basics but for more cooking it's a big strenuous. However, lovely place and would totally stay there again when in Florence!

The building is renovated, and all rooms are equipped with everything you need and are super clean. The inner garden of the building is really cosy!
The owner Caterina is really kind, she let us check out a but later with no extra fee!
They also offer a luggage storage!
We will definitely be visiting again!
