I prezzi sono normali, l'ufficio in zona Navigli. L'altro giorno ho cenato con amici, abbiamo parlato di condizionatori d'aria. Si è scoperto che sono anche loro clienti di Master Clima da molti anni. Consiglio questa azienda. The technicians are good at their job and very kind. In poche ore hanno eseguito il lavoro in modo professionale e o pulito. Vendono prodotti di qualità e si occupano anche della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, da qualche anno mi affido sempre a loro e sono più che soddisfatta. I bought an air conditioning system from them, the service was fast, professional and with a good quality / price ratio. Within hours they did the job professionally and or cleanly. They sell quality products and also take care of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, for some years I have always relied on them and I am more than satisfied.

Approccio gentile e disponibilità dopo 2 giorni. Individuano subito il guasto (condensatore da sostituire) ma sostengono che ci sono altre cose che non vanno e quindi "indagano per ore" senza individuare nulla (oltre appunto al condensatore). Risultato: 550 euro di conto, di cui 500 di manodopera e 50 di condensatore. Dopo una settimana il condizionatore si blocca nuovamente, altra uscita e ovviamente sostengono che si tratta di una cosa totalmente indipendente rispetto alla precedente. Preventivo: altri 600 euro, ovviamente non ho accettato e mi rivolgerò altrove. Mai più, cosi sono capaci tutti di lavorare. Durante l'intervento ho avuto l'impressione di molta improvvisazione. They immediately identify the fault (capacitor to be replaced) but claim that there are other things that are wrong and therefore "investigate for hours" without identifying anything (besides the capacitor). Result: 550 euros of account, of which 500 of labor and 50 of condenser. After a week the air conditioner freezes again, another exit and obviously they claim that it is a totally independent thing from the previous one. Estimate: another 600 euros, obviously I did not accept and I will go elsewhere. Never again, so everyone is able to work. During the surgery I got the impression of a lot of improvisation.
