★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato con mia moglie a fare acquisti: Una volta entrati in negozio, nessuno saluta, nessuno ti chiede se hai bisogno di aiuto, e nel momento in cui mia moglie stava provando dei pantaloni la commessa a me che sono in sedia a rotelle ed aspettavo mia moglie fuori dai camerini:"SCUSA ti puoi spostare un pò? "
Premesso che mi ha dato del tu e non l'ho mai vista né conosciuta, ma normalmente la signorina chiede ai clienti di spostarsi?

I went with my wife to shop: Once in the shop, no one greets you, no one asks you if you need help, and when my wife was trying on some pants the saleswoman to me who is in a wheelchair and was waiting my wife outside the dressing rooms: "SORRY can you move a little?"
Given that she called me you and I have never seen or met her, but normally the young lady asks customers to move?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is small not organise. The staff even ignored us not not helpful. I always go massimo dutti brand as i like it but not this stote. Not the best Massimo Dutti store in Rome Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is it with Massimo Dutti? Great clothes but the service in every store is appalling. In recent months I have purchased in Firenze and Paris, where staff were equally disinterested. Today I visited the Rome store at the shopping centre (apparently the city is permanently closed).
The woman assistant there was more interested in talking to her friend rather than assist us with items that we were always going to buy as gifts.
She finally started to assist us but when quizzed why the prices in the website differed (lower) to those in store she passed us onto who was seemingly a manager.
He could not offer why the prices (in €) differed apart from saying we weren’t on the Italian site! Really?
I thought a € was a €? He then simply walked off and handed us over to the menswear little upstart. He was equally poor in customer service, almost seemingly disinterested in helping us.
Can anyone answer why we had to pay a higher price in store versus the website?
And do management train their staff to act aloof and not customer centric?
By the way, I spent over €600 because we like the clothes, but would have spent more if they took the time to care!
