Chiara, la commessa che ieri ho trovato, è stata di una gentilezza unica, è stata cordiale, sempre sorridente e mi ha dato molti consigli utili per quello che cercavo, simpatica e disponibile. Ci ritornerò, sicuramente 5 stelle piene piene!
I did not know of the existence of this yankee candle store until yesterday. Small but very nice place. Chiara, the saleswoman I found yesterday, was of a unique kindness, she was friendly, always smiling and gave me many useful tips for what I was looking for, nice and helpful. I'll be back, definitely full 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro in negozio ler acquistare dei profumatori per auto , mi trovo due persone intente a parlare delle loro cose che non sta a me ha contestare,chiedo info sul prodotto e mi sento rispondere "mi dispiace ma sono arrivate ora ora ,nel caso si faccia un giro nel cc e se sta in giro rispassi". Purtroppo avevo un un'impegno importante e non potevo aspettare. E comunque non trovo giusto che un cliente debba ripassare per poter acquistare. Pessima esperienza viva internet ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio negozio preferito ❤️ peccato che nel tempo l'attenzione ai clienti sia un po' calata (esempio pacchetti di natale con solo una bustina chiusa con la spillatrice..) ma la qualità delle candele è sempre TOP.
My favorite shop ❤️ it is a pity that over time the attention to customers has dropped a bit (for example Christmas packages with only one sachet closed with the stapler ..) but the quality of the candles is always TOP.
