Dovevo acquistare una valigia da regalare e sono passata in negozio a dare un'occhiata, avevo poco tempo e la commessa mi ha detto che avrei potuto contattarli tramite la pagina Facebook e loro mi avrebbero mostrato la valigia con foto e video, anche dell'interno. Allora sono tornata a casa e dopo aver trovato sul sito carpisa online i modelli che mi piacevano ho scritto loro su Messenger. Mi hanno risposto e mi hanno inviato foto e video per ogni modello.
Inoltre, dato che il formato che mi serviva non era disponibile da loro, se lo sono fatti arrivare ed ho dovuto solo passare a ritirare il tutto qualche giorno dopo, appena disponibile.
In questo periodo un servizio così è stato davvero utilissimo, soprattutto poter vedere gli interni di molte valigie senza dover passare troppo tempo in negozio.

I had to buy a suitcase to give as a gift and I went to the store to have a look, I had little time and the saleswoman told me that I could contact them via the Facebook page and they would show me the suitcase with photos and videos, even inside . So I went home and after finding the models I liked on the carpisa online site, I wrote them on Messenger. They answered me and sent me photos and videos for each model.
Also, since the format I needed was not available from them, they let it arrive and I just had to pick it up a few days later as soon as it was available.
In this period a service like this was really useful, especially being able to see the insides of many suitcases without having to spend too much time in the shop.
