β β β β β Abbiamo acquistato ieri un paio di Nike vapor max per il compleanno di mio figlio. Purtroppo abbiamo sbagliato la taglia e, peggio ancora, smarrito lo scontrino. Ho chiamato per sapere se si potesse fare il cambio, e, a differenza di gran parte dei commercianti (presso cui siamo clienti datati) ci hanno risolto il problema con estrema cortesia.
LORO SONO DIFFERENTI ?
 We bought a pair of Nike vapor max for my son's birthday yesterday. Unfortunately we got the wrong size and, worse still, lost the receipt. I called to find out if the change could be made, and, unlike most of the merchants (with whom we are old customers) they solved the problem with extreme courtesy.

Un complimento in particolare all'addetto alle vendite di Como (purtroppo ignoro il nome) che ha trovato insieme a mio figlio le scarpe che lo hanno reso felice dei soldi spesi.
Lots of choice, kind and trained staff, finding courtesy and availability balances on the first Sunday is not a foregone conclusion.
A compliment in particular to the sales assistant from Como (unfortunately I don't know the name) who found with my son the shoes that made him happy with the money spent.
