★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati per un cambio e ci siamo visti trattare malissimo perché la scarpa secondo il commesso era consumata (scarpa indossata per due ore dentro casa per provarla). Al di là del cambio non più effettuato, ciò che ci è risultato SCONVOLGENTE è stata la maleducazione con la quale siamo stati trattati e l'accusa di disonestà rivoltaci dal commesso. Si consiglia una revisione del personale.
 We went for a change and we were treated very badly because the shoe according to the clerk was worn (shoe worn for two hours inside the house to try it on). Beyond the change that was no longer made, what was shocking to us was the rudeness with which we were treated and the accusation of dishonesty that the clerk made against us. A staff review is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre si è recata nel negozio di questi truffatori con mia zia e le è stato garantito che avrebbe potuto, nel caso, cambiare le scarpe a Genova e le è anche stato indicato il negozio specializzato.
Si è rivelato tutto falso.
Dopo aver fatto notare al proprietario della disonestà di un suo commesso siamo stati accusati a nostra volta di malafede.
Questi non sono rivenditori onesti, da evitare totalmente piuttosto girate scalzi davvero
