Ci sono tornata anche ultimamente per fare un cambio di modello di lenti a contatto, e nonostante fosse passato poco più di un mese e con tutte le rogne burocratiche annesse, sono stati molto carini e mi hanno fatto il cambio, spiegandomi anche per quale motivo quel modello non andasse bene per me. Bravissimi!!!

I have also been back recently to make a change of contact lens model, and despite having been a little over a month and with all the related bureaucratic hassles, they have been very nice and have made me the change, also explaining to me why that model didn't fit me. Very good !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occhiali da vista ordinati (e pagati!) in data 1° aprile. Al 21 aprile non ho ancora ricevuto gli occhiali a casa (spedizione da loro promessa in una settimana) Addirittura, data la bassa gradazione, si era paventata la possibilità di averli subito in sede. Servizio veloce e attento ma se il risultato finale è questo meglio cambiare modalità di acquisto/consegna. Forse meglio cambiare negozio, nella considerazione che al telefono non rispondono e dopo 10 minuti la linea cade.
Rispetto per la clientela! Soprattutto se paga in anticipo!
Glasses ordered (and paid for!) On April 1st. As of April 21st I have not yet received the glasses at home (they have promised to ship them in a week). Given the low alcohol content, they had even feared the possibility of having them immediately. Fast and attentive service but if the final result is this it is better to change the purchase / delivery method. Perhaps better to change shop, considering that the phone does not answer and after 10 minutes the line drops.
Respect for customers! Especially if you pay in advance!

Ieri pomeriggio (29 dicembre 2021) mi sono recata al centro commerciale EUROMA DUE (all'EUR di Roma, come dice il nome) per acquistare (tra le altre cose) una banale confezione di lenti usa-e-getta della ALCON.
Non ci vuole davvero nulla.
Entro e trovo davanti a me una coppia che era alla cassa, in attesa di pagare un paio d'occhiali già scelti. Il commesso arriva e - giuro! - ha impiegato VENTI MINUTI DI OROLOGIO ad effettuare tutti gli adempimenti necessari per il pagamento.
Roba che nemmeno le banche quando chiedi un mutuo...
Nel frattempo, arrivano altre persone, tutte in piedi ad attendere.
Arriva un altro commesso all'altra cassa e mi passa davanti una coppia che era arrivata dopo di me.
Vabbè, faccio un sospirone e mi rassegno: devono solo pagare, quanto ci vorrà? Gli altri in attesa sanno che io ero già lì e non permetterò che mi passino davanti, per cui aspetto.
Incredibile: pure questo commesso NON è riuscito ad effettuare il pagamento nei 10 minuti successivi.
Risultato: mi sono stancata di sprecare così il mio tempo e sono andata al negozio LAMA OPTICAL, sempre dentro EUROMADUE.
Tempo totale per l'acquisto: MINUTI 5, con tutto comodo.
MAI, MAI, MAI più regalerò mezz'ora dello scarso tempo libero che ho a mia diposizione alla GRAND VISION.
Ma poi.
Mi sono ricordata di aver già avuto una precedente esperienza negativa con GRAND VISION by AVANZI, che però avevo rimosso.
Colpa mia: ho ripetuto due volte lo stesso errore.
Ma non ci sarà una terza volta.
NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Yesterday afternoon (December 29, 2021) I went to the EUROMA DUE shopping center (at EUR in Rome, as the name implies) to buy (among other things) a trivial pack of disposable lenses from ALCON.
It really doesn't take anything.
I enter and find a couple in front of me who were at the cashier, waiting to pay for a pair of glasses that have already been chosen. The clerk arrives and - I swear! - it took TWENTY MINUTES OF THE CLOCK to carry out all the formalities necessary for the payment.
Stuff that not even the banks do when you ask for a mortgage ...
Meanwhile, more people arrive, all standing to wait.
Another salesman arrives at the other counter and a couple who had arrived after me pass in front of me.
Oh well, I sigh and resign myself: they just have to pay, how long will it take? The others waiting know that I was already there and I will not allow them to pass me by, so I wait.
Incredible: even this salesman was NOT able to make the payment in the next 10 minutes.
Result: I got tired of wasting my time in this way and went to the LAMA OPTICAL shop, also inside EUROMADUE.
Total time for the purchase: 5 MINUTES, with everything convenient.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give away half an hour of the scarce free time I have at my disposal at the GRAND VISION.
But then.
I remembered that I had a previous negative experience with GRAND VISION by AVANZI, but I had removed it.
My fault: I made the same mistake twice.
But there won't be a third time.

Sono stata accolta dalla signora Cinzia, persona squisita e molto attenta al cliente, che malgrado la mia indecisione, è riuscita a soddisfarmi in pieno.
Non sono solita fare recensioni, ma questa è veramente meritata. Al giorno d'oggi, è difficile trovare persone che amano il proprio lavoro e sono disposti anche a perdere più di un'ora per una sola cliente ? Grazie a Cinzia e anche a tutto il personale di GrandVision! Vi siete guadagnati una nuova cliente ? Tornerò sicuramente prima dell'estate

I don't usually do reviews, but this one is truly deserved. Nowadays, it is difficult to find people who love their work and are willing to waste more than an hour for a single customer ? Lo staff è stato valido e professionale, in particolare modo Elvira che mi ha seguito e guidato sulla scelta della soluzione migliore (visita professionale e precisa). Avendo già ritirato l'occhiale, pronto in breve tempo, posso confermare che il risultato visivo è ottimo. Le promozioni erano poi molte. Molto soddisfatto.
