Tralasciando i problemi tecnici iniziali dati dalla mancanza di conoscenza dell'iter per procedere con il pagamento tramite welfare, abbiamo dovuto chiamare due volte per ricevere il voucher e tre volte per ricevere la fattura che una volta arrivata era di 320€ invece che 500€. L'azienda è tutt'ora in attesa della fattura corretta. We booked a place overpaying it compared to the actual value of the structure. Sono stati chiari ...troppo complicato e poco guadagno e quindi il servizio ai clienti non è più una priorità. M	Martina Poce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato con Riu Una vacanza a Minorca presso un “resort 5 stelle all inclusive”. Il resort non corrisponde alla descrizione dell'agenzia. Doveva essere una vacanza rilassante in un resort Spa. Invece ci siamo trovati in un resort per famiglie con centinaia di bambini che urlavano in piscina tutto il giorno, anche in "spa". La spiaggia era al di fuori del resort e l'agenzia non ci aveva avvisato, anzi, aveva detto che sarebbe stata nel resort. Il cibo terribile, blanda imitazione di ogni piatto con ingredienti scadenti e vino più simile ad aceto (Forse il Ronco sarebbe stato meglio...). I camerieri molto maleducati e ristoranti a tema con prenotazione la settimana dopo (magari ci torniamo da Roma per mangiare in un ristorante a tema)...altro che all inclusive. Insomma, per quasi 4000 euro a coppia e con tutti i soldi spesi per escursioni (al di là di quelle proposte), non siamo per niente soddisfatti e quasi presi in giro. Inoltre anche per quanto riguarda il volo è stato un problema in quanto dopo il check in online abbiamo dovuto pagare una spesa extra perché ci avevano posizionato in due sedili uno alla fila 4 e uno alla fila 20. Non ci rivolgeremo mai più a questa agenzia. We booked with Riu A holiday in Menorca at an “5 star all inclusive resort”. The resort does not match the description of the agency. It was supposed to be a relaxing vacation at a spa resort. Instead we found ourselves in a family resort with hundreds of kids screaming in the pool all day, even in the "spa". The beach was outside the resort and the agency didn't warn us, in fact, they said it would be in the resort. Terrible food, bland imitation of each dish with poor ingredients and wine more like vinegar (Maybe the Ronco would have been better ...). The very rude waiters and themed restaurants with reservations the week after (maybe we come back from Rome to eat in a themed restaurant) ... other than all inclusive. In short, for almost 4000 euros per couple and with all the money spent on excursions (beyond those proposals), we are not at all satisfied and almost made fun of. Furthermore, also with regard to the flight, it was a problem as after checking in online we had to pay an extra expense because they had placed us in two seats, one in row 4 and one in row 20. We will never contact this agency again.

M	Manu Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho organizzatl un viaggio con questa agenzia, mi son trovato bene per l' offerta ricevuta, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, un ottimi viaggio con uno dei migliori tour operators. Non dò la quinta stella perchè la stessa disponibilità che ho avuto nel prenotare il viaggio, non l' ho riscontrata nel mentre mi trovavo fuori. Potevo solo mandare mails per mettermi in contatto con loro ma ricevevo risposte con molto ritardo che toglievano quella tranquillità che un' agenzia credo debba dare anche durante il soggiorno. È vero che ci sta anche il personale del tour operator In loco ma puntualmente avevano informazioni discordanti con quelle dell' agenzia e inkltre il check in di ritorno è sempre l' agenzia a doverci pensare che ovviamente ho dovuto ricordare io e con le risposte in ritardo stavamo rischiando di viaggiare separati con mia moglie. Mi dispiace ma quest' attenzione preferivo ci fosse anche nel mentre e non solo prima di aver pagato. I could only send mails to get in touch with them but I received very late replies that took away the peace of mind that an agency should also give during the stay. It is true that there is also the staff of the tour operator on site but they punctually had information that conflicted with those of the agency and besides the return check in it is always the agency that has to think about it that obviously I had to remember and with late answers we were in danger of traveling apart with my wife. I'm sorry but I preferred this attention to be present also in the meantime and not only before having paid.
