Il rispetto per le bufale è indiscutibile e la loro alimentazione e' basata su prodotti naturali autoprodotti nella campagna circostante
La qualità della mozzarella è eccellente, come anche gli altri prodotti,ed il prezzo molto onesto.
I had the opportunity to visit the farm, I must say that the cleanliness and attention to the quality of the production is obsessive.
Respect for buffaloes is indisputable and their diet is based on natural products self-produced in the surrounding countryside.
The quality of the mozzarella is excellent, as are the other products, and the price is very fair.
