★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mozzarella è buona, è fatta a mano e si vede, ma purtroppo per gusto personale non l'ho trovata di mio gradimento.
Non riesco a mangiarla in modo assoluto, ho dovuto fare uso di pomodoro, basilico e olio per poterla mangiare.
Ha il gusto troppo salato rispetto ad altre mozzarelle di Mondragone. In linea generale, buona, ma forse ha un retrogusto troppo forte. Ovviamente il mio è un parere personale, per questo motivo do tre stelle.
The mozzarella is good, it is handmade and it shows, but unfortunately for personal taste I did not find it to my liking.
I can't eat it absolutely, I had to use tomato, basil and oil to be able to eat it.
It tastes too salty compared to other Mondragone mozzarella. Generally speaking, good, but perhaps it has a too strong aftertaste. Obviously mine is a personal opinion, for this reason I give three stars.
