★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente la migliore mozzarella di bufala della provincia di Caserta, provata in diverse varianti....normale,affumicata, con il crudo o con il cotto......un'esperienza culinaria unica.....Eccezionale!!!

Alla semplice domanda se la mozzarella era finita (cosa già capitata) dato l'orario 18.30, la sig. ra risponde CHE TI CREDI QUESTO È UN CASEIFICIO MICA IL BARBIERE.....

To the simple question if the mozzarella was finished (which has already happened) given the time 18.30, mr. ra replies THAT YOU BELIEVE THIS IS A CHEESE FACTORY THE BARBER .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima mozzarella. Forse non per tutti i palati perché dal gusto "carico" e deciso. Prezzi un miracolo di mercato. Peccato per l'aspetto esteriore del punto vendita. Decisamente mal tenuto e decadente.
Excellent mozzarella. Perhaps not for all palates because of the "full" and decisive taste. Prices a market miracle. Too bad for the outward appearance of the store. Definitely poorly maintained and decadent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mozzarella buona ma poco professionali...ho ordinato una treccia grande per un evento e al ritiro mi hanno banalmente detto che avevano dimenticato di prepararla in quanto avevano finito il prodotto....e non hanno nemmeno avvisato dell'imprevisto dato che per ritirarla ho dovuto fare circa 100 km...secondo me se la sono venduta..
Good but unprofessional mozzarella ... I ordered a large braid for an event and at pickup they simply told me that they had forgotten to prepare it as they had run out of product .... and they did not even warn of the unexpected since to withdraw it I had to do about 100 km ... in my opinion they sold it ..

Extreme kindness of the lady at the counter .. products one better than the other incredible prices for someone like me who comes from a city like Rome .. I took mozzarella, ricotta, Parma ham and bread for a dinner like a King !! Thanks for making it Happy a Campania family in Rome this evening .. thank you thank you thank you
