Ho pagato una pianta in più per sbaglio del personale, non mi hanno creduto e di conseguenza non mi hanno dato la possibilità, non di ricevere un rimborso, ma neanche di avere un altra pianta in cambio. Tutto ciò per 3,90€. Servizio inaccettabile. Value for money for the products, valid BUT there was an unpleasant event. I paid for an extra plant by mistake of the staff, they did not believe me and consequently they did not give me the possibility, not to receive a refund, but not even to have another plant in return. All this for € 3.90. Unacceptable service.

d	dusca bartoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo oggi perché sta morendo anche l’ultimo albero che hanno piantato nel nostro giardino. Tre anni fa abbiamo acquistato 5 alberi ed alcune piante da giardino (azalea, teucrium, gelsomino, rose ecc). Hanno fatto il lavoro in meno di 4 ore senza alcun mezzo di scavo, nonostante il nostro sia un terreno pesante e quindi pensavamo fosse importante fare buche di alloggio ampie per consentire l’attecchimento delle piante. Fatto sta che gli alberi sono seccati tutti, alcuni senza neppure mettere le prime geme, altri passata a stento la prima estate. Le piante da giardino sono seccate per metà, alcune erano addirittura state piantate sopra i cespi di calle che erano vicini al punto indicato. I colori son stati scelti senza consultarci. Una mancanza di professionalità impressionante, ma il peggio è stato che alle nostre rimostranze è stato risposto con sufficienza e l’unico errore ammesso è stato per l’albero di Giuda, piantato evidentemente già morto, per il quale avevano promesso la sostituzione. Naturalmente mai avvenuta, sebbene sollecitata più volte. Direi pessimi. I am writing today because the last tree they planted in our garden is also dying. Three years ago we bought 5 trees and some garden plants (azalea, teucrium, jasmine, roses, etc.). They did the job in less than 4 hours without any means of excavation, despite ours being a heavy ground and therefore we thought it was important to make large housing holes to allow the plants to take root. The fact is that the trees have all dried up, some without even starting to groan, others barely past the first summer. The garden plants are half dried, some had even been planted on the tufts of calla lilies that were close to the indicated point. The colors were chosen without consulting us. An impressive lack of professionalism, but the worst was that our complaints were answered sufficiently and the only error admitted was for the Judas tree, planted evidently already dead, for which they had promised a replacement. Of course it never happened, although it was requested several times. I would say bad.
