★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente di Roma e da quando ho assaggiato la loro mozzarella (...ne mangio anche di altri caseifici, specialmente di quelli del circondario laziale) non riesco a farne a meno. Infatti almeno una volta alla settimana entra nel mio menù! Mangiata fresca poi è consistente(... come una fettina di carne) e tipicamente saporita ( ...si percepisce il sapore del foraggio! ), che secondo me deve essere la particolarità del latte di bufala. Giudizio: impareggiabile!
I am a customer from Rome and since I tasted their mozzarella (... I also eat it from other dairies, especially those in the Lazio region) I can't do without it. In fact, at least once a week it enters my menu! Eaten fresh then it is consistent (... like a slice of meat) and typically tasty (... you can perceive the flavor of the forage!), Which in my opinion must be the peculiarity of buffalo milk. Judgment: unmatched!
