In passato avevo spesso provato la loro ottima macelleria. Purtroppo da poco l'hanno definitivamente chiusa. obligatory stop if they are around. One of my favorite mozzarella ever. Purtroppo sono rimasto deluso in quanto non ho trovato la mozzarella che mi aspettavo. Purtroppo sono rimasta veramente delusa, in quanto dalla mozzarella non è uscita nemmeno " una goccia di latte". Per coloro che volessero recarsi in questo caseificio per assaggiarla, lo sconsiglio vivamente, anche perché non ho notato nessuna differenza con la mozzarella comprata in qualsiasi catena di supermercati. Pessima esperienza! Non ci ritornerò mai più! I have been to this dairy, as I had heard that the mozzarella was "excellent". Non capisco come certa gente compri la mozzarella al supermercato (qui al nord) trovandola pure buona...mah! Ho provato più volte a ordinare mozzarelle nei caseifici del Casertano e Salernitano. Rispetto a quelle che mangiamo qui son tutte TOP, ma questa del Caseificio Agnena ha ancora una marcia in più. Siete i miei miti! Grazie.
