★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original review: Way too loud at night. Party was going on directly beneath my room (Room 1). At the lobby I was told they had no other room available and they would not stop the noise until 12 (but it was too loud to sleep till 1am). Not recommendable.
Edit: In the end they did not charge me for the night and gifted me a bottle of their house wine. That is good service. I would give it another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant surprise discovering Maso Franch! It's a very beautiful, modern location in the middle of the mountains, surrounded by green! You can see that they put passion in every little detail. The restaurant has an amazing view plus they have this amazing outdoors place right above the hotel which is simply amazing (couches, chairs, etc). You can go on walks and hikes starting right in the back of the location! Everyone is incredibly nice and highly prepared to help you with everything you need. I had a little dog and they were so nice about it! They prepare the room with stuff for her, water, a bed and her own blanket. They would always say hi at the restaurant and give her water. The rooms are really nice and very clean. I absolutely had an amazing time! I highly recommend it!
