Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere gli impianti di risalita che per fare delle belle passeggiate, ottimo anche il cibo. Straconsigliato alle famiglie con bambini come noi perché il Fun Park per farli divertire è davanti all'hotel, mio figlio non voleva più tornare a casa. Che dire ci siamo trovati come a casa merito anche della simpatia e della solarità della proprietaria Giusy che ha stracoccolato mio figlio Matteo,ci sanno veramente fare. Ci Friendliness, excellence and friendliness distinguish the Fai della Paganella hotel. Excellent location both to reach the ski lifts and to take beautiful walks, also excellent food. Recommended for families with children like us because the Fun Park to entertain them is in front of the hotel, my son didn't want to go home anymore. What can we say we found ourselves at home also thanks to the sympathy and sunshine of the owner Giusy who overcrowded my son Matteo, they really know how to do it. There

Con i bambini poi sono stati splendidi!! Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Super consigliato per famiglie. Ottima anche la location nel cuore di Fai a due passi da Andalo. Very welcoming structure both for the rooms and for the kindness of the managers! We felt right at home. Our every request was accepted. With the children they were wonderful! Really nice stay. Super recommended for families. The location in the heart of Fai, a stone's throw from Andalo, is also excellent.
m	mary assunta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in mezza pensione con la nostra cagnetta in quest’hotel di cui siamo stati ampiamente soddisfatti! Ottima ACCOGLIENZA e ottima CENA (cucina con sapori caserecci e porzioni abbondanti; abbiamo mangiato molto meglio del ristorante gourmet di un hotel nei dintorni! Amiamo il buon cibo e quando ce lo servono, tanto di capello! La nostra cena era a base di pesce). Bevande non comprese nel prezzo. Buona COLAZIONE anche se un po’ limitata: c’è di tutto ma in poche varianti (ad esempio lo yogurt solo bianco; le uova solo sode), nonostante questo consigliamo assolutamente l’Hotel Fai! Super disponibili e cordiali in tutto. La CAMERA semplice ma con tutto il necessario. Pulita, riscaldata e con balcone. Il bagno non era finestrato e il kit cortesia comprende solo la cuffietta. L’acqua è subito bollente, perfetta per contrastare le fredde giornate innevate esterne senza attendere nemmeno un minuto! In camera, almeno nella nostra, non vi era il mini bar che noi apprezziamo molto ma c’è il Conad abbastanza vicino per acquistare qualche bevanda o altro da consumare in camera durante la notte. Il CANE purtroppo non può accedere alla sala ristorante, mi piacerebbe che venisse cambiata questa regola ma i tavoli non sono tanto distanti fra loro quindi capisco che potrebbero infastidire chi non li ha. We stayed one night half board with our dog in this hotel, which we were highly satisfied with! Excellent WELCOME and excellent DINNER (cuisine with homemade flavors and generous portions; we ate much better than the gourmet restaurant of a nearby hotel! We love good food and when they serve it, so much hair! Our dinner was based on fish). Drinks not included in the price. Good BREAKFAST even if a little limited: there is everything but in a few variations (for example yogurt only white; eggs only hard boiled), despite this we absolutely recommend Hotel Fai! Super helpful and friendly throughout. The simple ROOM but with everything you need. Clean, heated and with a balcony. The bathroom had no window and the courtesy kit only includes the cap. The water is immediately boiling, perfect for countering the cold snowy days outside without waiting even a minute! In the room, at least ours, there was no mini bar which we appreciate very much, but the Conad is close enough to buy some drinks or other items to consume in the room during the night. Unfortunately, the DOG cannot access the restaurant, I would like this rule to be changed but the tables are not so far from each other so I understand that they could annoy those who do not have them.

D	David Irmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Nice and clean rooms - No english speaking personel - Storage not locked during the night - No respect for "do not disturb" sign - Unfriendly staff with no sign of professionalism I assume that this hotel is suitable for italian speaking families, absolutely not suitable for group of friends.

R	Robert König on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this hotel with group of 10 friends. The hotel was nice, but cold. Also the ski room was unlocked for the whole time. The room service didnt respect sign (to not enter and clean) on doors. The hotel manager (owner?) was very stricked. She came to our room (without knocking on the door) at 8pm and told us, that we cant be in our room in more than 2 people. We were just playing board and having fun. The food was also not ok. The hotel had two types of food - better (for Italian guests) and worse (for non-Italian) People, who work at the hotel speaks just Italian, no other language. So this was big disadvantage. To conclude... this hotel is not worth it!
