M	Mimmo DiPotenza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' Albergo gode di una posizione ottimale, vicino agli impianti di risalita Santel ed a pochi minuti da Andalo. La Hall é accogliente e la camera junior suite é ben arredata, spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. La cucina é ottima e curata ma, il buffet non é variegato né abbondante. Il ristorante è discreto, i tavoli hanno le panche e risultano funzionali per le famiglie e coloro che hanno bambini. Il servizio di sala - tra una pietanza e l'altra- è lento con tempi di attesa lunghi, spesso non cambiano le posate utilizzate per i pasti, non prestano attenzione alle bevande finite o apparecchiano le posate da dessert non nel verso giusto, sbagliando la "mise en place" evidenzuando carente professionalità. L'acqua della piscina era fredda a causa di un guasto (...momentaneo), così come alcune saune del centro benessere, raggiungibile - tra l'altro- attraversando ( in accappatoio) un corridoio di 50 mt circa, particolarmente gelido. La sala giochi ha dei gonfiabili ma non ha animazione né intrattenimenti per adolescenti che, rischiano inevitabilmente di annoiarsi. I titolari sono favolosi e particolarmente gentili. Il personale disponibile ma non sempre cortese. Tra i tanti hotel in cui ho soggiornato é stato l'unico nel quale non ho lasciato la mancia. Da consigliare per chi non ha grandi pretese e ama lo sci, ... discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, close to the Santel ski lifts and just minutes from Andalo. The lobby is welcoming and the junior suite is well furnished, spacious, clean and comfortable. The cuisine is excellent and taken care of, but the buffet is neither varied nor plentiful. The restaurant is discreet, the tables have benches and are functional for families and those with children. The room service - including a dish and altra- is slow with long waiting times, often do not change the cutlery used for meals, pay no attention to the finished drinks or setting in order dessert cutlery is not the right way, the wrong "mise en place" showing lack of professionalism. The pool water was cold due to a fault (... momentary), as well as some saunas in the wellness center, reachable - among other things - crossing (in a bathrobe) a corridor of about 50 meters, particularly cold. The games room has inflatables but has no entertainment or entertainment for teenagers who inevitably get bored. The owners are fabulous and particularly kind. The staff are helpful but not always courteous. Among the many hotels I stayed in he was the only one I didn't leave a tip for. To be recommended for those who have no great pretensions and love skiing, ... a good quality / price ratio.

Credo che questo sia un qualcosa in piú rispetto a tanti altri posti. Sicuramente ci ritorneró. I don't want to dwell on the comfort of the room and spa, or of the excellent restaurant; I'm just saying that here I felt good as in family, among friends. I think this is something more than many other places. I will definitely go back there.

We spent a relaxing afternoon in your swimming pool and sauna, our compliments go to the very clean and welcoming structure but the dearest and most sincere compliments go to the young girl who welcomed us and accompanied us with a unique kindness and professionalism!

Abbiamo soggiornato in B&B (colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di dolce e salato) ma sicuramente torneremo, curiosi di gustare le specialità del ristorante vista la qualità di tutto il resto. La piscina è estremamente curata e pulita, con delle vetrate che danno sul prato esterno e sulle montagne. La vasca idromassaggio è stupenda. All’accesso dell’aria wellness c’è anche il bar. Deposito sci e bici con attrezzature per la manutenzione. Exceptional hotel, friendliness and cleanliness at the highest levels. Environment with extreme attention to every detail, from the outside to the furnishings of the rooms. We stayed in a B&B (buffet breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory) but we will certainly return, curious to taste the specialties of the restaurant given the quality of everything else. The swimming pool is extremely well kept and clean, with windows overlooking the outdoor lawn and the mountains. The hot tub is gorgeous. At the entrance to the wellness area there is also the bar. Ski and bike storage with maintenance equipment.

Arredata in tipico stile Trentino in legno e tessuto.Calde ed accoglienti, le camere, tutte con terrazzi bellissimi, senza una minima scrostatura.Tendaggi curatissimi abbinati ai colori dell'arredo. TV grande a schermo piatto in ogni camera. Addobbi trentini in ogni angolo ma ben curati e senza un granello di polvere. L'ingresso e la sala ristorante super, ampi ,caldi, luminosi e sempre arredati in maniera ineccepibile (e detto da una che di lavoro fa questo....?) ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono il cibo e la zona wellness. Non ho parole x descriverle bisogna solo provare. La piscina grande con giochi d'acqua.....??????????GRAZIE It is a structure with attention to the smallest details. Furnished in typical Trentino style in wood and fabric. Warm and welcoming, the rooms, all with beautiful terraces, without any peeling. Manicured curtains matched to the colors of the furniture. Large flat screen TV in each room. Trentino decorations in every corner but well cared for and without a speck of dust. The entrance and the dining room are super, large, warm, bright and always decorated in an irreproachable way (and said by someone who does this for work .... ?) but the icing on the cake is the food and the wellness area. I have no words to describe them you just have to try. The large swimming pool with water features ..... THANK YOU
