Posizionato a circa 200mt dal piccolo centro storico di Fai della Paganella, la struttura offre: parcheggio privato (non custodito), reception tutto il giorno, ingresso anche dopo le 22, sconti su ristoranti e noleggio bike, OTTIMA colazione e, soprattutto, PERSONALE CORTESE ED EFFICIENTE, soprattutto alla reception. Mi si è venuto incontro in ogni modo possibile anche di fronte a richieste dell'ultimo momento e questo è stato molto apprezzato! Un consiglio: eliminare gli adesivi dalle pareti della camera (si stanno staccando) e verificare la presenza o assenza di capelli nei bagni dopo le pulizie (il bagno è stato trovato in buono stato). My rating is based on the value for money and the service received. Located about 200m from the small historic center of Fai della Paganella, the property offers: private parking (unattended), reception all day, entrance even after 10pm, discounts on restaurants and bike rental, EXCELLENT breakfast and, above all, COURT STAFF AND EFFICIENT, especially at the reception. They came to me in every possible way even in the face of last-minute requests and this was much appreciated! A tip: remove the stickers from the walls of the room (they are peeling) and check for the presence or absence of hair in the bathrooms after cleaning (the bathroom was found in good condition).

Viaggiando in compagnia abbiamo optato per la formula "appartamento". Ci siamo trovati molto bene, come spazi e come pulizia. Le mattine abbiamo deciso comunque di fare colazione in Hotel e ne è valsa la pena...ricco buffet e prelibatezze dolci e salate di ogni tipo, ideali per darti la carica e affrontare le lunghe passeggiate quotidiane; il tutto rispettando le regole di distanziamento e igienizzazione dettate dal Covid. Quello che si respira all'hotel Montana è un clima di famiglia, dall'accoglienza all'attenzione per ogni esigenza. Tanti i consigli per organizzare al meglio il tempo libero. E' stata la mia prima esperienza in montagna d'estate e devo dire che questo hotel e il suo staff hanno reso tutto indimenticabile! Lo consiglio! What it took! I just spent 5 days in Trentino in Fai della Paganella and I was a guest with my friends at the Hotel Residence Montana. Traveling with friends, we opted for the "apartment" formula. We found ourselves very well, in terms of spaces and cleanliness. In the mornings, however, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel and it was worth it ... rich buffet and sweet and savory delicacies of all kinds, ideal to give you energy and face the long daily walks; all while respecting the rules of distancing and sanitation dictated by Covid. What you breathe in the Montana hotel is a family atmosphere, from hospitality to attention for every need. Many tips to better organize your free time. It was my first experience in the mountains in the summer and I must say that this hotel and its staff made everything unforgettable! I advise!

Ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come muoverci son i mezzi pubblici, cosa visitare durante il soggiorno, dove mangiare e anche cosa visitare durante la strada del ritorno, trasformando un momento sempre triste in un ultima piacevole "avventura" in Trentino. La struttura meriterebbe una rinfrescata, ma nulla di grave. Colazione di ottima qualità, varietà e quantità. E' convenzionato con dei ristoranti in zona in cui si spende in giusto e si mangia molto bene. CONSIGLIO: valutare il noleggio di biciclette elettriche e non, magari convenzionandosi con uno dei tanti noleggi di zona. Good hotel especially for the manager who has always been helpful and proactive. He gave us valuable information on how to get around by public transport, what to visit during your stay, where to eat and also what to visit on the way back, transforming an always sad moment into a last pleasant "adventure" in Trentino. The structure deserves a refresh, but nothing serious. Breakfast of excellent quality, variety and quantity. It has an agreement with restaurants in the area where you spend a fair amount and eat very well. ADVICE: evaluate the rental of electric and non-electric bicycles, perhaps by agreeing with one of the many rentals in the area.

Appartamento molto spazioso, cosa davvero utile con 2 bimbi di 3 e 5 anni, molto pulito e accogliente. Qualche parola in più la merita la calorosa accoglienza di Rudy e del suo staff. Ti fanno sentire a casa sempre con il sorriso attenti ad ogni esigenza e disposti a dare ottimi consigli su cosa poter fare e dove andare. L attenzione per i bambini è davvero fantastica, la mia bimba non vede l'ora di tornare in questo hotel magari questa volta in inverno. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza. We have just returned from 5 days in Fai della Paganella, we stayed in residence formula at the Montana hotel. Very spacious apartment, which is really useful with 2 children aged 3 and 5, very clean and welcoming. A few more words deserve the warm welcome of Rudy and his staff. They always make you feel at home with a smile, attentive to every need and willing to give excellent advice on what to do and where to go. The attention for children is really fantastic, my daughter can't wait to go back to this hotel maybe this time in winter. Thanks for the great experience.

Ci ha consigliato benissimo su come intrattenerci nei pochi giorni che abbiamo trascorso tra Andalo, Molveno e Fai della Paganella. La sua presenza credo proprio sia il valore aggiunto alla struttura. Camere semplici ma curate, pulite e accoglienti, colazione ottima con tantissima scelta e tutto fresco, anche la macchina del caffè cappuccino utilizza ingredienti freschi non liofilizzati. Posizione ottima, la fermata del bus è proprio davanti la struttura, grande parcheggio. What a nice character !!! The manager is worth the stay, friendly, prepared and very nice. He advised us very well on how to entertain us in the few days we spent between Andalo, Molveno and Fai della Paganella. I believe his presence is the added value to the structure. Simple but neat, clean and welcoming rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of choice and all fresh, even the cappuccino coffee machine uses fresh ingredients that are not freeze-dried. Excellent location, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, large parking lot.
N	NICOLO MATTIOLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho soggiornato una notte in quest'hotel. ho apprezzato la buona cucina e il personale assai gentile tanto da fornirmi informazioni complete per andare a sciare nel luogo più adatto alle mie capacità. la camera era semplice e pulita. molto comodo il deposito sci per depositare tutta l'attrezzatura bagnata dopo una giornata sulle piste... unico difetto che mi viene in mente è il pessimo succo d'arancia fornito a colazione ma per il resto tutto perfetto.....! i stayed one night in this hotel. I appreciated the good food and the very kind staff, so much so as to provide me with complete information to go skiing in the place that best suits my abilities. the room was simple and clean. the ski deposit is very convenient for storing all the wet equipment after a day on the slopes ... the only flaw that comes to mind is the bad orange juice provided at breakfast but otherwise everything is perfect .....!

Camere pulite con arredamento di montagna. Cibo ottimo! La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la Dada Giulia con il servizio babysitter dell'hotel! We stayed with half board at the Hotel Montana for 5 days, the hospitality of the owner of his employees was impeccable! Clean rooms with mountain decor. Great food! The icing on the cake was the Dada Giulia with the babysitting service of the hotel!
